You can expect to receive your tracking information email on the same or next day after your order has been handed over to our shipping partner (order status – carrier) at 11:00 AM Korean time.
If you haven’t received your tracking information, please send us a message. We will quickly resolve any issues you may have.
Tracking your package
All orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation and shipped on the next business day at 11:00 AM Korean Time.
Orders placed on Friday, weekends or holidays will be processed on the nearest business day.
